Meet our Team

Justin Ayres

Our Director, Senior Financial Planner and fearless leader at Swinbourne Wealth & Protection.

Justin began his career in Financial Services 1996, with Citibank in Sydney CBD. It was at Citibank that he recognised his interest and talent for helping people plan for their financial futures and is where he began the education journey that he continues today.

The next step in his career was with Aon, where Justin developed his skills and sharpened his technical knowledge & financial planning strategies.

After 10 years he took the leap of faith out of Employee land and established his own firm where he continues to provide exemplary services for his clients, some of whom have been with him for more than 15 years, testimony to his commitment to his clients and the financial services community.

His focus is on building long term relationships with his clients in order to enhance their Family Wealth Plans as tax effectively as possible in order to live a life built on purpose – whilst dealing with the ‘doom & gloom’ to ensure their families are protected from the worst of life’s challenges.

Justin holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

Enjoys: A nice cold pint, Golf (albeit badly), Thoroughbred horse racing (also badly) & politely engaging with other social media participants & robustly discussing their opinions.

Yvonne Reilly

The numbers guru at Swinbourne. Yvonne has a solid career in Finance, Audit and Accounting Management.

Starting her career back in Scotland with KPMG as an auditor and completing her CA, she made the move to Australia at the start of the GFC where she carried on in the world of audit until she took the leap into commerce and translated her audit skills to managing finance teams in many industries over the years.

Her current role as CFO with Swinbourne has been a swift transition into managing all of the financial aspects of the business in a complex industry that has seen much turmoil and change over the last years.  Yvonne’s experience and know-how compliments our financial advice, making sure our clients are heading in the right direction.

Enjoys: espresso martini’s and nana naps at the weekend.

Linda Cornacchia

Starting her career in finance at the peak of the GFC in 2008 working as an administrator with Aon Hewitt in Brisbane, she was able to identify and develop her natural flair for connecting colleagues and clients to the right person and solution. This resulted in an opportunity to move to “Head office” with Aon in Sydney in a position created to connect colleagues and clients in a measurable way.

Linda is an experienced client service professional and has a particular strength in identifying and implementing opportunities for business improvement, both in a growth and process improvement context. She is committed to achieving positive business and client outcomes for those seeking professional advice.

Her current role with Swinbourne, as the Client Engagement and Operations Manager incorporates these skills in her everyday engagement with clients and prospective clients to ensure that they receive nothing but superior and professional advice, with a sleep at night level of trust that is honest and transparent.  She is also the brains behind the medium to long term client reach programs and the ongoing efficiencies and continued development of the back office.

Enjoys: Eating, naps and being generally social
